Shipping Costs

Shipments within Germany are free of charge for you with an order value of 249 euros or more. For orders below an order value of 249 euros, shipping costs of 4.95 euros apply. Only when ordering a shoe polishing machine, shipping costs of 19.90 euros will be charged. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page. Customers from Germany also have the option of self-pickup.

Shipping costs vary for other countries and will be calculated in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

Thank you for your purchase with us! If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer you an easy way to return and exchange through our Returns Portal. Below, we will explain how you can quickly and easily make a return.

Return Portal

How can I return the shoes?

To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to create a return label.


•    Visit the returns portal at [Link to returns portal].
•    Enter the order number and email address associated with your order.
•    Select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
•    Create the return label. Please note that the label will no longer automatically be included with your delivery and must be created through the returns portal.

Shipping Terms

•    Shipping within Germany: For returns within Germany, you can use the return label you created and drop off the package at a post office or parcel shop of your choice.
•    Shipping within the European Union: If you are located in an EU country, you can also generate a return label through the returns portal and send the package to a local post office or parcel service provider.
•    Worldwide shipping: The same steps apply for returns from countries outside of the European Union. You can create your return label through the returns portal and send the items back to us.

After printing the return label, please attach it visibly on the largest surface of the shipping box.

Attachment of the return slip

The return form is included with your order, but does not need to be filled out. Please simply include it with the items you are returning in the package. This will help us process your return faster.

Additional Information

• Please make sure that the items are returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
• Return shipping costs may need to be covered by the buyer, unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.

Processing of Return

Once the return has arrived and been checked by us, we will take care of the processing as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If your desired model is currently not available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In the case of a refund, the timing of the repayment may vary depending on the payment method. For refunds via credit card, you will usually find the transaction on the credit card statement of the following month. We have no influence on the billing date of your statement.
